We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google. All work we perform is done under explicit authorization from the business owner.

Google Business Profile Management
We manage Google Business Profiles for hospitality venues that have delegated access to us through Google’s official permissions system. Once authorized by the business owner, we help maintain and improve the accuracy, visibility, and performance of their profile on Google Search and Maps.
Our services include:
Updating business information at the request of the owner
Uploading photos, posts, menus, and service updates
Monitoring engagement metrics
Providing insights on how customers find the business
All updates are done transparently and must be explicitly approved by the venue.
We use the Google Business Profile API to fetch reviews programmatically for the clients who have delegated management rights to us.
This allows our internal team to:
Receive notifications when new reviews are posted
Route reviews to the correct account manager
Prepare timely responses
We may temporarily store review data (up to 30 days) only to support performance and internal workflows. We never store review data long-term.
Clients may authorize us to respond to reviews on their behalf. When authorization is given, all replies:
Are written or approved by a human team member
Are never automatically generated or auto-posted without review
Follow Google’s content and moderation guidelines
Are delivered transparently, with change notices sent to the client within 48 hours
We do not auto-publish review responses without explicit consent and human approval.
We help venues understand how their Google visibility compares with local competitors by reviewing:

Post consistency

Public engagement metrics
Any comparative analysis we provide is based on:
Publicly available information from Google Search and Maps, or
Anonymized/aggregated data we have permission to use
We do not access, store, or use private data from accounts we are not authorized to manage.
Better Hospitality Reviews manages all API interactions through our single agency API project, as outlined by Google.
We:
Do not provide clients with API access
Do not allow third parties to trigger programmatic actions
Do not use the API for lead generation
Do not replicate Google’s interface, branding, or UI elements
Protect credentials and infrastructure using secure business systems
All API actions are handled internally and only for profiles the business owner has granted us permission to manage.
To comply with Google’s policies, Better Hospitality Reviews:
Does not offer clients direct or indirect programmatic access to the Google API
Does not auto-generate or auto-post review replies without explicit consent and human approval
Does not store Google-provided content long-term
Does not manage Google Business Profiles without documented authorization
Does not interfere with Google monitoring or auditing
Does not use Google’s data or the Locations API for lead generation
Does not scrape or misuse Google Maps data
Our systems are built strictly for managing authorized client profiles only.
Client Authorization Requirements
We only manage or analyze Google Business Profiles when:
The business owner has explicitly granted us delegated access through Google’s official permissions flow, and
The owner has authorized us to perform specific tasks such as posting updates or responding to reviews.
All work we complete is performed within that permission framework.
Transparency & Notifications
We provide clients with:
A summary of any material changes we make to their Google Business Profile
Notifications of updates within 48 hours
Clear visibility of all review responses, posts, edits, or technical changes made through their profile
We operate with full transparency and follow Google’s expectations for agency conduct.
Data Retention
We follow strict data handling procedures:
Review data fetched via API may be cached temporarily (up to 30 days) to support system performance
No long-term copies of Google-provided data are stored
Sensitive information is never re-used or re-distributed
Private data is only accessed for accounts that have granted us authorization
